While we strive to provide the best possible service, we cannot guarantee approval of any immigration application. All decisions are made by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) or relevant provincial authorities.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information. Any misrepresentation may result in application refusal and termination of services.
Service fees are outlined in individual service agreements. Government fees are separate and payable directly to the relevant authorities.
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information in accordance with CICC regulations and applicable privacy laws.
